Service Description

This is where your journey begins. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history—from childhood through today—connecting the dots between your symptoms, life events, stress patterns, and lifestyle choices. You’ll leave this session with insight, direction, and a personalized plan that feels doable. This is a foundational session, and it’s required before joining my longer program. You’ll also have the option to add on advanced functional testing, based on your needs.
