My favorite snack for myself, and the kids.
1 Cup GF Oatmeal
1 Cup raisins
1 Cup Cranberries
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds.
1 Cup (Optional) Peanuts or shredded almonds
mix in local raw honey enough to stick together.
Delicious, hardy and completely preservative free.
